Iitu rental villa was built in 2004. Location right in the immediate vicinity of the lake (max 15 meters). Excellent view to Lake Saimaa. The steep slope to the beach with hot water barrel and a pier. The nearest neighbor about 70 meters, identical Ainu cottage. There is no other cabins near. All floor surfaces are inside the stone (tiled) and the heating is underfloor heating. Additional warmth and ambiance brings the living room fireplace.

The cottage are equipped with: complete Kermansavi crockery, fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, water heater, iron, drying cabinet, washing machine, radio, 32 " television, DVD player, VHS video and satellite TV (Canal Digital), and rowboat. The cottage has a broadband Internet connection. Also the car's heating plug and carport.

Our farm land, nature trail, ski trail, sledding hill, snowmobile trail and campfire sites are open for free use of our customers.
